308 Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) built the Cashtrak app as a commercial app available on the iOS App Store. This page is used to inform users of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for anyone using the app.

Your expense data is stored locally on your device. In the future, we may offer a cloud backup option. If you use iCloud backups, your data will be backed up to iCloud with the rest of the data on your phone as per Apple's settings.

Analytics

Cashtrak uses Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google, to help us understand basic usage patterns and improve the app experience. Firebase may collect pseudonymous data such as:

• Screens visited and features used
• App version and device information
• Crash and performance metrics
• Aggregate usage of certain features, such as category selection and customization
• General location (e.g., city or region) based on IP address

Crash and performance data may include device model, OS version, and the sequence of actions before a crash.

If we introduce optional features requiring personal data (e.g. email for syncing or insights), we will request your permission before collecting or storing that information.

This data helps us identify bugs, improve performance, and prioritize future features. We may also use analytics data to improve the overall application experience.

Firebase may assign a pseudonymous user ID to help track usage patterns, but this is not linked to your identity.

Legal Requirements & Disclosure

We may disclose information if required to:

• Comply with a legal obligation or law enforcement request
• Exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims

Business Transfers

In the future, we may sell to, buy, merge with, or partner with other businesses. In such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy or a future version of it.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to secure your data on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data, especially when deleting or reinstalling the app.

Your Choices

• You may delete the app at any time, which will also delete your local data.
• If you export or share your data from within the app, you are responsible for that data once it leaves your device.

Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
